Club Bylaws

It is understood by all in this club that the bylaws set forth below are set by those who have the authority and capacity to implement them. By not following the rules, your membership will be restricted or you may be asked to leave the club and not return.

1.* Membership is open to owners, both Past and present, of Neon and or SRT-4 (or PL based) vehicles.

2.* The minimum age for members shall be 18 years. 16 years will be allowed with an written notice of the parent/s approval.

3.  All chapters must have at least three participating members.

4. Chapter presidents are required to send an updated list of their members and a copy of their chapter bylaws to the National President  or National Vice President  every two months. This is to ensure that all information is the most recent, and to keep note of each chapters’ growth.

5.* Members are to respect all other vehicle owners and their vehicle's, regardless if they are neon's, Honda's, or a Impreza .
 Treat each other as you would like to be treated.
  Any members that have a disagreement with each other should take it up with the club officers.  We do not accept any fighting among members.
Remember, you represent the group as a whole.



8. Own a suitable vehicle. “Suitable” means that the vehicle must be in reasonable condition. If the vehicle is a buildup or a work in progress, please  show it in your status.

9. If you decide to race remember you are racing at your own risk. The club is not responsible for any damages, injuries, loss, theft or anything else, and please make sure its on the track.

10. Obey basic traffic rules. Don’t do things like spin – outs, donuts or endanger yourself and/or others with acts of stupidity. We are trying to promote motor sports in the best sense of the word, which means doing it in a fun, safe and responsible manner.

11.  Petitioning members are advised to read the regulations for the chapter they are interested in joining for membership requirements.

12.  Each member is expected to attend and participate in scheduled group outings, car shows, drag races, etc. in accordance with the rules of each specific chapter.

*Web-based members are required to follow bylaws one, two and five.
