would it be ok to run nitrous with a mopar ecu because on nitrous it says not to use it if u advance the timing or it couls blow up?

In the untrained hands and unknolaged mind, nitrous can and will distroy a motor.
regardless of what you have in your motor or whats running it.

tha is fine i would make sure you add a srt-4 fuel regulator that way you don't lean out

 2000-2005 Neon/SRT-4  MoPar Fuel Pressure Regulator/Filter, 58psi  
This regulator/filter is an exact OEM replacement for later model Neons and SRTs with stock pressure of 58psi.  Also fits earlier models with 49psi stock, and gives a small boost with greater pressure.  More pressure means better fuel atomization and higher flow for injector on time.  A cheaper alternative to high-flow injectors or an adjustable kit, installation is a snap, and the part looks OEM. You can run No2 with the Mopar PCm if you have a piggy back system in which you can adjust your time and what not. I would just as soon stick with a stock PCM. One other thing people dont realize is that a stock ACR PCM has a speed limiter of 135 mph. Alot faster than the norm 118. It's a stock PCM and will work fine! The early model ACR's in 95 got lucky and did not get a speed limiter. That was added when the cars beacome available to general public in 96 or so.  

 Like they said above No2 done wrong can destroy a motor. However if done right and tuned it's more easy on the motor than a turbo. Unless you constantly spray. Good Luck
